hello, i want to know the max ram that i can upgrade to, i have an acer nitro 5 an515-58-50-yh, he has i5 12450h, he support 4 slot of ddr5-4800, i searched but didnt find the specifications of this model i found diffrent results

in task manager and cpu-z it says that there are 4 slots

i didnt open the laptop, but on task manager , and in cpu-z it says that there are 4 slots so its diffrent with the info above so idk

You are welcome, BTW, Task manager and CPU-Z count all M.2 PCIe terminals including soldered, not used and the 2 removable slots, you have only 2 removable slots.

Just some further advice as the service guide specs above is what your laptop has, as and If you opened your laptop, you would have seen only 2x ram slots, these boards can have 4x ram slots, but Acer only utilizes 2x ram slots, very few laptops these days have 4x ram slots especially now that DDR5 ram is being used.
