Aspire AMD Ryzen laptops are notoriously difficult to install Linux on and the newer Aspire 5 laptops are a Win-11 laptop, so be aware of that. Have a look at this guide as this is an installation on one of the newest Aspire A515-48M Ryzen 5 laptops and its probably a solution for your problems here; How to install any linux on acer aspire a515-48m which refuses to boot any live linux usb past grub (amd ryzen 5 cpu)? good luck and hope this solves your problem.

I did what it said to update bios but still the problem persists i cant even mask that particular service as its anyway depreciated.
I used ventoy as i thought my pendrive was damaged as its pretty old and hardly used.

(1) Are you trying to install Mint alongside Windows or by itself?
(2) What was the original factory installed operating system if any on your Aspire 5?
(3) Are you booting from the Mint installtion stick using the F12 cold boot option?

Not seeing which errors you're referring to? Post a phone photo of the BIOS Information tab if possible.

The last line in both photos is where the installation gets stuck

Not sure if the red/white asterisk inside bracket is an error. Do you get the same asterisk before the earlier items turn to OK inside brackets? Do you have anything else other than a charger or mouse externally connected to the laptop?

It's normal for the terminal cursor to stop blinking after about a minute while a process is still loading and running without errors. The A315-23 is not too powerful or fast. It may take a lot longer or have more difficulty than expected to complete some processes especially the latest Mint 21 & 22 versions. Please post a phone photo of the BIOS Information tab so I can see your machine's components.

(1) Enable the F12 boot menu option in the BIOS Main tab.
(2) Re-enable secure boot in BIOS Boot tab. (Mint installation usually OK with secure boot enabled.)
(3) Shut machine off. Turn machine back on and immediately tap the F12 key. Select USB boot option from F12 boot menu.

It was blinking but for like 40 minutes. While making the live iso the speed was 5mbps and the iso is of 3gb and didnt take more then 20minutes(to make the bootable). so I dont think it should take that long while having 20gb of ram

Shut machine off. Remove charger. Remove bottom cover. Disconnect battery. Temporarily disconnect WesternDigital SSD. Reconnect battery, bottom cover & charger. Can you boot now from the USB stick with the WD SSD disconnected? Boot will be very slow at USB2 speeds. So be patient..
