PredatorSense_5.0.1341 not working on my Predator PHN16-71 Why?

I saw some of your reps' answers saying you should reinstall Windows!

Are you idiots? Or are you crazy? Or do you think customers are that stupid!

This is a farce!

You should solve the problem and put a new update for the program PredatorSense.. But don't tell me to simply reinstall Windows.. We have work, files, records and archives.. Don't be silly you and your lying dirty staff

I deeply regret buying an Acer laptop, Put an update on this.

    No.. the program PredatorSense never opens
    I tried all the ways
    restarting the laptop
    removing the program and restarting the laptop then reinstalling the latest version PredatorSense_5.0.1341, but the same problem.. the program does not open or work and does not appear at all and the interface does not appear or anything else

    Make sure that the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 is installed

    Gentlemen, you are putting the same answers to the same questions in all the previous people's questions, as I see it. Do you think that I wrote my question here in vain? I asked my question because I am demanding a radical solution to this problem because first:

    I tried the ridiculous things that start with deleting the program and restarting the device and then reinstalling the latest version

    Secondly, I tried to make sure that Windows is updated with the latest updates

    I tried and installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 because I read it in previous questions and before you bring up the same answers

    I am sure that this AcerSense application does not exist on my device and I did not download it before, and I searched for it and did not find it

    I am not stupid to ask my question here before I try all the solutions

    You are wasting customers' time with these short, meaningless responses

    We want an answer from the company that produces the program in order to update the program, because perhaps the continuous Windows updates are what may cause a problem, and accordingly, Acer must hurry to update the programs according to Windows security updates and others
