Acer Aspire 5 A515-44 4700U Ryzen 7. notebook turns off after being plugged in/unplugged

Hi, I have an Acer Aspire 5 Ryzen 7 with a problem, when I connect the power supply, it turns off (not always but very often), sometimes as soon as it is connected, sometimes after 5-10 minutes or as soon as I unplug it. Furthermore, when I turn it back on, the PC is slow, noisy and overheated.
I use a barrel plug power adapter. I first tried my notebook without battery, and it has worked, so I thought the problem was the battery.
I bought a new battery, but still the same issue

What could be the cause? And what is the solution?

    Hi, there may be a conflict with Moden Standby in Windows, the ACPI battery drivers and your battery, tell us your full model Aspire5, RAM type you installed, what SSDs/HDD and Windows version, also uninstall Acer Care Center, disable Hibernate and Fast Startup in Power Plan, reset the Power Plan to factory default in Edit Power Plan and check if you have the lasts BIOS version on Acer Support for your model laptop.
