Hope this in the right place as only one for Nitro that I could see - I have been getting this so much recently it is driving mental. Done all the ipconfig reset/flush etc - checked drivers and says is up to date - i connect via WI-FI - Please please please can someone kindly assist?????

  • If spelling is correct, try running windows network Diagnostics.

    Hi, what makes you think it is your desktop network adapter? no DNS either means Domain Name System cannot find the website you are trying to search, try using the Windows Edge browser, or your ISP/phone company is at fault, bad Wi-Fi link in your area, give them a call to find out. Type this in the command prompt while you are online: ping -n 10 community.acer.com and see if it returns 10 times with Zero packets lost and low Ping values (10-40ms). Try an open DNS server instead of automatic DNS (see picture with Google's DNS)

    Reset the network in Windows and don't try to tweak network settings with commands as you are making your problem worse.

    Hello……………………when trying to connect to my SKY router I keep getting these errors….but when I connect my phone to the same SKY router and then connect my PC to the mobile phone no issues at all………can`t think what the problem is………………………….driving me mad!!!!
