Can not register product, nor contact customer support, can not calibrate antennas

Hi,

I just bought the router Predator Connect W6d.

For some reason, I can not register the product. I have tried both the Part Number, Serial Number, and SNID, everytime I try to enter any of them, it says that they do not exist.

I can not contact customer support, since it wants me to put in the same numbers, but they can not be found in the system, therefore I can not move on and get to the e-mail form.

For some reason, I can not calibrate the antennas either. I go to the settings for Antenna Calibration, but when I click the button 'Calibration mode' a box appears with the word 'error'.

Can someone please help me solve these problems?

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Wolfie

This is a common problem with the Acer registration site that has errors and you either have to try a few times or on different days, or the best and surest way, is to fill in the Predator Connect W6d paper warranty and send it to Acer in your country by post.

The antenna calibration part of your problem has two options, as your laptop WLAN card should pair with the router first, if this is not happening then its either your WLAN card or you have done something wrong as a new router like the W6d Wi-Fi 6 Router should connect 100%, also follow the Predator Connect W6d Wi-Fi 6 Router manual as its a good guide in the router's manual, you must be doing something wrong, have you got your mobile device or computer wirelessly connected to the router first, as the four signal-strength LEDs will be ON when the client is associated with 5GHz and calibrated.

    Hi StevenGen!
Okey, I'll have to try it later, or fill in the physical form and send, thanks!

I consider myself quite tech savvy, so I don't think I have done anything wrong regarding the antenna calibration. I have tried two different laptops, and two different cellphones, all with the 5GHz band, and the 2,4GHz band. Nothing is changed on the router, except the WiFi passwords, everything else is factory set.
When I press the "Calibration mode", it goes back almost immediately, and this error box appears right away.

None if the LEDs are showing on the router, just the normal, breathing blue, covering most of the center (see below).
