My acer monitor acer VG271UM3 stuck at 60hz

I connect my monitor through hdmi caple. At first it ran good at 144hz at 2k res, but suddenly when i turned it off, it started stucking at 60hz i can't change it in my display setting. i'm using the given HDMI caple, what should i do now, i tried to reinstall the graphic driver but it didn't work.
