It should recover OEM default if you never Clean installed Windows or deleted files in the OEM folders on C: Why don't you just type RESET in Windows Search (same thing), if you can't boot to Windows anymore it is likely that the bootloader is corrupted and the Recovery volume too and Alt+F10 may not work then. That's why you should always make a Windows Recovery USB flash drive as soon as you set up a new PC or after Clean Installed Windows and repeat that after a major Windows update/yearly. You can still make a Recovery disk on another PC with the same Windows version but that won't have your OEM settings and apps; to get that back you have to bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reinstall OEM Windows and all the Acer apps/wallpaper etc. for a small service fee.

Just type "Reset this PC" in Search "without losing my files" option, takes a while. If you don't get all your Acer apps/wallpaper, back bring the PC to Acer Services in your country to install the missing apps, free of charge or for a small service fee.
