It has been 1 day since I brought this laptop
And the charge capacity became less than design capacity

Is it normal or should I get my laptop replaced?

That is a normal Full Charge capacity for a Predator Nitro Neo 16 laptop, as for a new laptop the battery is never up to the Design Capacity of the charge @ 90,614 mWh.

Upload the FULL battery report not only that first section of it, as the full battery report will tell us how the battery is charging. But by the Full Charge capacity of 85,978 mWh your new laptop and its battery are perfectly normal and there is nothing wrong with your laptop charging or battery after 3 cycles.

These are the battery and the adapter specs for the new Predator Neo laptop model PHN16-72

Do another battery report as the battery is the same, it makes no difference if you did a factory reset to the battery. With the screen flickering its the Intel graphic driver, change it to the oem Acer VGA Intel driver version: 31.0.101.4824 that is on the Acer Drivers and Manuals page for your PHN16-72 laptop model, as afterwards windows update will update that Intel driver for a more updated driver that will work with your laptop.

I can't show full report as I factory reset it. Apart from this I got screen flickering once and that's it.
I wanted to replace it, but should I replace or just continue using this?

The battery is charging correctly, you must be using the laptop on battery allot and then charging it and not having this laptop continually plugged into the adapter and mains power,, that is why you are getting the suspended charging state of those different charging capacities remaining rates of 60%/75% and 88% charging.

For example, a good and well charging two years old battery @ Design Capacity of 57,488mAh should still have a Full Charge Capacity of 46,015mAh which means that it should only lose about 20% of its Design Capacity in two years, and constantly plugged into the mains power gaming laptop like yours that is charged properly and you don't play games on battery much (especially high end games that strain the battery) should have a lifespan of about max 5 years with a min of 2 years if you don't look after the battery and you strain the batteries charge with gaming.

There is nothing wrong with your battery or changing. Try to keep this laptop on the adapter constantly and when playing games make sure that the latop is plugged into the adapter and the mains power as this laptop will perform allot better that way with top end games.
