Hi everyone,

My laptop suddenly occurred an error of battery. One day I used my laptop normally and then suddenly my laptop stopped detecting the battery. when laptop boots and bootup screen appears, it shows a cross sign on battery and when i log in to my laptop, there is no icon for battery, nor any battery information in power settings, also not any info in HWMonitor. Here's what i have tried so far to fix this:-

  1. Updated my windows and all drivers
  2. updated battery and adaptor driver
  3. uninstalled both adaptor driver as well as battery driver and restarted
  4. resetted all setting to default in bios
  5. resetted my battery using reset pin present at the back of my laptop
  6. performed hard reset by disconnecting the battery as well as external peripherals and pressing power button for 30 seconds.
  7. disconnected battery and plugged it in multiple times.

I know that my battery is not dead or connector is broken because it is still running on battery but isn't showing any battery icon or information in both setting as well as HWMonitor. How do i fix this? edit: Also i chekced and there is no option for power
