Where is your original post (My laptop plugged in not charging), did you start a new thread? Something happened to your battery the last 10 days, did you take the battery out? No data collected over the past 10 days, no history here, I don't know what you did and observed.

There is no battery data over the last 10 days, the battery is dead or was disconnected, you can either bring the laptop and the adapter to Acer Services in your country or give us some more information like what adapter/charger are you using, the barrel type or the new USB-C type charger, what are the LED indicators on your laptop showing when you plug in the adapter or USB-C charger, did you replace the battery or charger recently? Do you have the 2021 model with a i5-11300H CPU?

The problem of your Nitro AN515-56 laptop battery is that it hasn't been charging properly, as the battery report stats are way lower than what they should be for a battery that was charged properly.

The battery design capacity is 57,488 mWh and your battery Cycle count is 29 with a Full Charge Capacity of 39,717 mWh, and its Battery life estimates AT FULL CHARGE is 34% / 16h, which is way lower than what it should be.

My 2.5 years old Nitro AN515-56 battery is exactly the same @ 57,488 mWh has a Cycle count of 32 has a Full Charge Capacity of 46,015 mWh with a Battery life estimates AT FULL CHARGE of 58% / 16h

Take your laptop to a technician so that he can analyze the main charging rail of the laptop and fix this rail so that your laptop can charge its battery properly, there is nothing that you can do. Good luck and hope this helps you out'
