i have an acer sfg14-73-53CL and it is having difficulties connecting to bluetooth earphones.

whenever i turn off and turn on the bt sand connect my earphones at first the audio comes very slow and distorted and then the video pauses and audio goes back to normal. i just bought the laptop one week ago and its kinda unsettling for me. how to fix this problem. before also the bt audio was not working and we sent it to service centre

    Which Swift Go 14 model do you have? There have been several different ones over the years. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SFG14-xxx-xxxx. It sounds as if there might be either an issue with a background task that's slowing the data transfer between the headphones and laptop or there's an issue with getting the Bluetooth powered up and initialized quickly.

    That should have the latest Intel WiFi chipset, the BE200 WiFi 7 with Bluetooth 5.4. Check to see if you have the latest driver for it.

    i did. it had the latest driver but there still is an issue

    By 'latest driver' do you mean the latest on Acer's support site or the latest on Intel's support site? What version is it?

    Open Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth and Network sections. Find the devices in there and double click on them, IIRC they will be something like Intel Wireless Bluetooth and Intel Wireless Network. With their properties open, go to the driver tab and you should see the version number.
