I have a Acer - Aspire 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - 8GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive

I want to Play Music from a Bluetooth Device over the Computer Speakers via my Samsung U450 phone.

I am able to pair with computer, but there is no sound option. or option to stream music from phone. the only option the computer gives me is to send file or synchronize PIM data with phonebook access.

In the playback devises there is no Bluetooth devises either.

This computer was  bought new last week from best buy, in exchange for this one

 Acer - Aspire 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - 6GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive

Which I could do all of those things including answer my phone when a call came in, view contacts, and place a call, text from the computer, via Bluetooth when the phone and computer were paired. I have chatted with Acer about this, everything was done including uninstall all Bluetooth in the devise manager, uninstall sound devises, and last they asked me to reinstall windows 8, which I did.

If anyone has any more ideas on this I would greatly appreciate it. I am thinking of trading this computer back in for the one I hade previasly, the only issues it had was none of the apps would work! LOL

In the help window of connected devises it says.

Play Music from a Bluetooth Device over the Computer Speakers

Perform audio playback from a Bluetooth device using the speakers of the computer.

At the Services window of the added Bluetooth device (see Add and Connect to a New Bluetooth® Device):

  1. Click on the Play music link in the Services window.
  2. After this operation is completed, audio streaming from the remote Bluetooth device is forwarded to your computer speakers (or another configured default audio device on the computer).
  3. With an active Play Music connection, it is possible to use the Bluetooth Remote Control window to control the remote media player using Bluetooth. The Bluetooth Remote Control icon will appear in the system tray. The Bluetooth Remote Control window will be shown if that icon is clicked. The window supports standard actions like Play/Stop, Next/Previous track and volume up/down controls.
  4. To stop using the computer as a Bluetooth speaker, click on the Disconnect link in the Services window.

none of these options are present. why?

My phone does support all of this, also my Wife's new Samsung Galaxy does the same thing
