aspire 3 A315-44P-R7WS overheats and loud fan noise fixed. Should i use the warranty?

Hello, i just bought yesterday an acer aspire 3 A315-44P-R7WS to replace my old laptop.

Problem : every 3 min, the laptop overheats and makes really loud fan noise (unbearable)

Solution : i followed the solution here and limited the processor to 70%

Question : my noise problem is solved as this new laptop is now perfectly silent, i like a lot this new laptop, it's extremely fast and has beautiful screen colors.

Please do you think it's reasonable for me to keep it or should i use the warranty for that ?

Can it affect the laptop longevity now that the laptop is full silent ?

Nothing wrong with your laptop, selecting Best Power Efficiency mode in Power & Battery settings would probably have the same result as undervolting the processor that you did. There are also fan adjustment options in Acer Quick Access.
