23.4.0. Is that the bluetooth driver? I'm not much into the mechanics!

No, that driver is more recent, is that the one that Windows installed or did you download it from Intel?

This is the Acer base driver:

    All the best.

Alejandro, I got it from Intel. Thank you.

Since you are having problems, uninstall the driver and download and install the Acer one and then go to Windows Update, although Windows Update may take a few days to update.

    Greetings.

23.40.0 is the package version for the drivers. Here's what Intel says:

So your 20.50.0.3 is older than the current (and last) driver for W11.

Many thanks for your continued help, billsey.

I attach screenshots of drivers. I deleted everything connected to bluetooth and then reinstalled to basics. The headset now works! But it does not give stereo playback now, only 1 channel. Is your recommendation to use the Intel driver as detailed in your screenshot? I don't want to get back to the previous mess!!

    Thanks again. Stewart

I do recommend using the Intel driver, especially if you are running Windows 11, since Acer doesn't yet officially support Windows 11 on your model.
