Actually, when I installed the machine, it already produced this micro lagg, but on the other hand, hardware and theoretically no problem

In Turbo mode, I noticed that there is no such problem, but does it not put the machine on us? Because I've been playing in performance mode so far

no performance mode is not problem but, u know hardware tends to wear down after some time . so u can use performance mode only when gaming and turbo mode whenever necessary and come back to balanced after gaming and stuff.

and about uninstallation check this app DDU in youtube , and how to use this DDU to uninstall drivers use this app to uninstall both the intel and nvidia drivers in safe mode ( which u will know if u research about it )
