Nitro 5 N22C1 not booting. What should I do?

So everything was normal. I bought the device less than 9 months ago. I’ve been using it daily since the summer.
But, today, it went to sleep and I have not able to boot it. The battery was red then I charged it. Now it’s back to blue. The light that turns on when you press the power button flashes blue for a second then turns off. It’s the only sign of life. I’ve tried pressing the power button for 1 minute to no avail. What I’m suspecting is that I have not been using the charger that came with the device because I lost it. I’ve been using a USBC. It was working perfectly and had no issues.

If your N22C1 Nitro laptop is the AN515-58 then make sure that you buy the Acer oem adapter charger and DO NOT use a USB-C charger as they don't work with these laptops, as you need a really high output charger 180W to 280W adapter to work with this gaming laptop, see caption below of all the Nitro AN515-58 laptops Acer oem chargers that you must use.

The no power from the power key is a common problem with the Nitro laptops, unplug the adapter and then unscrew the 11 screws that hold the back cover on the laptop, take the cover off to get to the main battery, unplug the battery plug and then put the plug back in then reassemble the laptop back together, then pres the power key button as the laptop will boot. This resets the laptops EC chip that causes these symptoms of not having a power key function. Btw, I speak from personal experience as this same thing has happened to my Nitro AN515-56 laptop and this is all I've done for the laptop to boot, after doing this you shouldn't have this problem again. Good luck.
