OK, your battery report states that your battery no longer works, you can either buy a new battery or have this one repaired (replace the Smart chip inside) that will be cheaper but if the generic chip is not fully compatible you end up with all sorts of charging issues. I recommend getting a new battery ($45) https://www.amazon.com/AP18E7M-Predator-PH315-52-PH315-53-PH317-53/dp/B0B1HZDPH8

Predator and Nitro laptops do not have a reset pinhole in the back, can you run a battery report in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and check if "Connected Standby" is supported (see red box, picture below)?
If not supported your new battery has been shut off by the Smart chip inside the battery (fire protection). If the report looks OK, disable the battery calibration and battery charge 80% limiter options in Acer Care, AcerSense or other battery monitoring programs.
