When I start the game, after a few minutes my laptop starts to slow down and lag. CPU ussage drops drastically to 7% and its speed to 0.19 GHz, please send help.

replacing thermal paste fixed all problems

This happens when the battery is not kept fully charged and/or the power adapter is not plugged in. Keep the adapter plugged in 24/7 and your battery charged 100%. You can try turning off the battery Saver and changing the Power mode in Power & Battery settings to Best Performance, that should stop power throttling.
