I have acer predator helios 16 neo
When I turned on my laptop I saw a white shape up the down bezel after the middel of screen from the right side this shape appears only on dark screen because I saw it only when I turned on and shutting down the laptop when the screen be dark
Also I was in room without lights so I so that
Is that a normal thing or not to see a white shape can any one pls inform me ?

These are called Ghost features, not serious. Try to change the refresh rate in Windows Advanced Display settings and see if that helps, disable any graphics settings like this one:
If this is annoying and a new laptop, contact Acer Services in your country if they can check the panel.

Like I said, nothing appears seriously wrong with your screen, I would try to just ignore it. 😉

IMO this is not a serious problem, like having 1 or 2 dead pixels in your screen. If you cannot accept that, contact the Acer Services in your country if they can check the screen.

The 15 days to return a laptop has passed, all you can do is bring it to Acer Services in your country and ask to fix it under warranty.
