What exact ram specifications is my system compatible with (Model: AN515-57-78QL)?

I do know that it is DDR4-3200. Originally came with a DDR4-3200 PC4-3200AA 1rx8 module and i was wondering exactly what the maximum capacity is, ranking (dual rank or single rank), PC4-xxxxxx and timings. Crucial system scanner does not work at all, asked their support and they redirected me to here.

I did buy 2x16GB PC4-25600S dual rank modules btu they seem to make the system unstable and cause errors, so I went back to 8gb single rank and its been fine ever since. Drivers are fully updated including motherboard and I/O along with others.

Can you share some links to what I can buy to upgrade? I would prefer to run dual channel (two sticks)

Two SODIMMs and they can handle up to 32GB of DDR4 3200 MHz RAM. max. 16GB/slot max. total supported RAM 32GB.

To obtain Dual channel mode you need to install a set with 2 identical modules 2x8GB or 2x16GB (see the Kingston link above for details).

Yes, check the Kingston link, they describe the recommended modules in detail. the 16GB modules are available in single and dual rank. IMO there is not much difference, AMD is reported to work better with Dual Rank modules, but you have Intel.
