Can't find pop-up notifications at the top of the screen (ph315-55)

Hello. When I bought the laptop, the Windows operating system was installed on it. The laptop had all the necessary drivers. Later I had to reinstall the operating system. And now I can't find how to get back the pop-up notifications for turning on and off the sound, microphone and touchpad at the top of the screen. Only a notification pops up when you turn the turbo mode on and off. Please help me solve the problem.
