To sell Prebuilt gaming desktops with CPUS that constantly hit 100 degrees?

I will not be recommending a single person to purchase this literal scam, you are better off being from anyone else. Legit the worst prebuilt I have ever owned. Never trust the Taiwanese (spits) thats for sure.

    Your computer is designed to withstand higher temperatures than a non-gaming computer, especially the processor.
    It is normal for computers with high-performance games to use the processor and graphics at their highest levels, so you should configure Predator Sense in game mode so that the fans can extract the heat and the temperature spikes do not remain high for a long time.

    Incorrect it is not normal for a gaming Pc CPU to be at 100 degrees while gaming, its actually quite dangerous. Also 100 degrees is the max reading, so its probably getting even hotter than that in reality. I have configured the fans in predator sense, they are all running at max speed. Also I wouldnt consider Minecraft, lol and cs2 to be "high performance games"… yet it is still overheating and throttling performance. Acer are garbage PC makers. To anyone reading this thread thinking of buying an acer product, just dont.

    I didn't say that the processor has to work at 100 degrees all the time, so you should set Predator Sense to game mode so that the fans do their job and lower the temperature when it reaches those values.
    Do you have Predator Sense set to Game mode?
    If you do, does it keep the temperature between 80/90 degrees?

    I'm leaving you a study of the 3000 series, review the temperature section.

    I do. And no it doesnt stay at 80/90 Its at 100 like I said in the original post. And Again I am saying the CPU is at 100 anytime I play a game, not matter what game I play which is way to high.

    I read the stupid article you posted and literally says the cooling system of the orion is terrible lmfao.

    The system will power off if the temperature exceeds 100C, but it's not something that will damage any hardware. Things get throttled when the temperature goes too high, in order to try and drop the temp to keep it from going far enough to hit that power off. If you have the fans in gaming mode and you are still running steady state at higher than the low 90s then you have a cooling issue to deal with. There are lots of things that can affect cooling, from dried out thermal paste to gunk in the fins on the cooling block to fans that don't run as they should. If you were running what we see as normal temps (40-60s without gaming, 80-90s while gaming) I'd suggest a cooling upgrade with the Noctua that so many others here are using, but you need to diagnose the issue you are having now before taking that step.

    This is not only false, but also misleading marketing-speak with absolutely nothing to support it. Consumer grade CPU is just a CPU, GPU is GPU, and so on. Cooling is either sufficient or it is not. If not, the CPU will either throttle or turn off the PC to avoid causing harm to the components.

    Like mentioned above, OP needs to check thermal paste, connection between the cooler and the CPU, but also be prepared to get a better cooler. The one that comes with these little boxes… do I even need to say more?
