So hello i have question! I was playing last night there was a power outage for 5 mins then it came back but the screen is blank the monitor i plugged into laptop with the same cabel works fine. Now a person told me to reset the CMOS battery but i have no idea where to find it? The PC is working loading i can hear it on the Headset but no display at all. Fans are working , everything. Can you help me here? Thank you

    There may have been a bad power surge with that blackout and if you live in a country with frequent power outages you should use a good UPS with surge protection. I recommend bringing the desktop to Acer Services in your country for checking and to reset or reprogram the ePROM.

    Not really is the first one since i have the pc almost 2 years. I will take to repair shot to see if the GPU is dead since i can hear the windows loading and everything is working but the screen is blank. I tryed to reset the CMOS and ram and ssd nothing is working. Thanks anyway is a bad system to begin with.

    Your only real choice to diagnose is to try a different GPU card, since the onboard graphics aren't installed on the motherboard. I don't believe they have support for DP Alt Mode on the USB-C ports, so you can't tell anything by using a USB-C to HDMI adapter…
