Hi @hemin50 please indicate the exact model of the computer and the version of Windows installed.
The equipment should be called something similar to A315-44P

    All the best.

Thanks for the information, does the camera appear in the device manager with an error or simply an error even though it does not indicate what the camera is?
The problem may be that the computer does not yet have appropriate drivers for Windows 11:

Although the device is compatible with Windows 11:

    https://www.acer.com/es-es/support/windows/windows-11-compatibility

But you may have to wait a while for your computer to have drivers for Windows 11.

    All the best.

Try to troubleshoot the camera driver for your Acer Aspire 3 A315-54-32WU camera like below. Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue:

    1. Check Camera Settings:
      • Make sure the camera is enabled in the settings.
      • Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and ensure that the camera access for the device is turned on.
      • Also, make sure that the apps you want to use the camera with have permission to access it.
    2. Update Camera Driver:
      • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
      • Expand the Cameras or Imaging devices section.
      • Right-click on your camera and select Update driver.
      • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
    3. Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter:
      • Type Troubleshoot in the Windows Start search box and select Troubleshoot settings.
      • Scroll down and click on Hardware and Devices.
      • Click Run the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
    4. Reset the Camera App:
      • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
      • Scroll down and click on Camera.
      • Click on Advanced options and then click Reset.
    5. Uninstall and Reinstall the Camera Driver:
      • In Device Manager, right-click on your camera and select Uninstall device.
      • Restart your computer, and Windows should automatically reinstall the camera driver.
    6. Check for Windows Updates:
      • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
      • Click Check for updates and install any available updates.

If none of these step's work, you need to change the camera in your Aspire A315-54 laptop as its faulty.

These are all the camera types fitted by Acer to the A35-54 laptop

I don't know, I can't say for sure, it could also be a problem with the camera itself.
    All the best.
