X mark on the battery when the charger is connected while playing.
For the mark X to go away, I have to remove the charger and then put it back in
Model Laptop : PHN16-71

That symbol means the battery is not detected.
Try to do a power cycle by removing the charger, and holding the power button for 15 seconds. After you have done so, power the laptop on and try playing game to see if the issue disappears.

The mark X appears after approximately 15 minutes of playing, not immediately
