AN515-57 starts suddenly lagging in heavy games. Only restart helps.

This used to happen once every couple of weeks, but now after a while it happens almost every time I run something heavy. It also began to overheat greatly, the average temperature jumps from 75 to 86 degrees on the CPU and GPU. Replacing thermal paste and reinstalling Windows did not help. With what it can be connected? Is it throttling or maybe some component is starting to die?

    1. Download GPU drivers from official Acer site: https://www.acer.com/pl-pl/support?search=Nitro%20AN515-57&filter=global_download&suggest=an515-57;1 - VGA Driver ('your gpu model')
    2. Turn off your internet connection
    3. In Windows go to Settings > System > About/Info > System protection > Hardware > Device install settings; here just click the 'No' option- this prevents Windows from installing any driver updates by itself
    4. Open Device manager and uninstall your GPU drivers
    5. Restart your system
    6. Install your designated GPU drivers ( Advanced install > Clean install )

    After you've done the things above, you should do the following:

    1. Go to https://www.acer.com/pl-pl/support/drivers-and-manuals
    2. Find your model
    3. Go to BIOS tab and download the latest BIOS update
    4. Run the update
    5. All done! The lagging won't be there.

    @Starfighter

    Open NitroSense and minimize in the background. After playing games, check the maximum temperature of both CPU and GPU to see if they reach above 90C.

    Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
    Thank you and have a nice day!
