Does anybody know why this happened, I take utmost care of my laptop while charging, I never over charge, I have calibrated the battery using acer care center multiple times, but it still remains the same. Can anyone help me out with the cause of this problem and probable solution? My laptop is just 1yr 6 mnths old.

If you use the laptop at 14 hours screen time then you need to keep the barrel charger plugged into the laptop 100% if you use the latop as a desktop, if you use the laptop in a mobile environment then that is why the battery is @ 13,691 mWh from its design capacity of 53,015 mWh as 14 hours daily screen time depletes the battery allot especially if you charge the battery gain and again. My A515-57 is always plugged into the mains that is why its batteries mWh is not depleted so much.

The laptop has a USB-C port that supports Thunderbolt 4 and USB charging, are you using the 65-Watt power adapter with the barrel plug or a USB-C universal phone charger (if so what model and power). You can't "overcharge" a Li-Ion battery, that is a myth, leave the power adapter plugged in 24/7 to make sure your battery will always remain fully charged. Li-Ion batteries don't need "calibrating" that was possibly useful for the old Ni-Cad batteries that supposedly had Memory Effects (debunked by now) but Li-Ion batteries have a Smart chip controlling the charging. You do have to perform one full charge cycle when booting with a new battery, only once and again when reinstalling windows. You are not showing the charge % for that reduced battery capacity and I suspect that you are not charging to 100% with the battery charge tweaking going on. Uninstall Acer Care Center and read this: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001587.htm

Its not how you take care of your laptop that matters with the battery charge, with the battery its how you use your laptop and how many times you recharge the laptop battery from its lowest charge to its full charge that affects the oem battery life. I've got the same laptop but only my son uses it for his school and its not discharged often maybe once a month.

My Aspire A515-57 laptops battery Full Charge Design Capacity is 53,015 mWh and on my laptop its Full Charge Capacity now and after 2 years of usage is @ 47,390 mWh since new. Your same laptop going down to 35,201 mWh is not unusual if you use your laptop constantly and the battery gets discharged and recharged continually as the battery wears and its charge capacity deteriorates.
