I cant use nitrosense and I cant download nitrosense (Nitro AN16-41)

in Nitro Gaming


I can't install nitrosense on my computer. I downloaded the original nitrosense from the site, but when I installed it, it did not install any applications.

    If NitroSense isn't working on your Nitro AN16-41 laptop:

    1. Check compatibility with your model.
    2. Ensure drivers are up to date.
    3. Try reinstalling NitroSense from Acer's website.
    4. Contact Acer support if issues persist.

    I already contact acer support but nobody returned to me. My drivers probably be current versions. I tried reinstalling nitrosense but it did not work. I wrote there, when setup done, nothing happened about application.

    The only folder it creates is one that says "NitroSense - prerequisites" and inside the folder there are only some process logs, which have a warning.

Exception: NLog.NLogConfigurationException: Error loading extensions: NLog.Web.AspNetCore ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Cannot load file or assembly 'NLog.Web.AspNetCore' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the specified file.
