XF270S3 monitor but no sound from it

hello.i just bought a XF270S3 monitor but no sound from it.i tried everything an i think that haz built in spekaers

    There have been a bunch of different versions of that monitor. Some have speakers and some do not. It's still a little too new for use to have detailed specs on each SKU though. Can you provide a link to the one you bought? Also, look at the back to see which audio ports are installed. That can sometimes help in seeing if there are speakers or not. The last thing to look at is the OSD menu. Check to see if it has an audio section and verify the sound is turned up all the way.

    From the link i bought it says that it has 20 w speakers. Also on the osd menu it has an audio option and i have it turn on 100.at the back it has an audio port

    What port are you connecting the video to? Did you tell your computer to send the audio to that?

    I am connecting the computer on the monitor via hdmi cable. And on the sound settings i chose the monitor to play the sound

    Then it should just be a matter of getting the volume levels set on both the computer and in the monitor…

    They are both on top volume. I think i will contact with the service
