My acer care center ( NItro AN515-55) doesn't run.

The issue is that "acer care center service is still initializing. Please try it again later". I try to fix it by following some people asking this problem before But it doesn't work. I uninstall and install it again and again, then it works but when i restart the computer, the issue is the same.It doesn't work
