Some of my function keys aren't working on my predator helios 16-71-72yg

So I preinstalled the windows on my predator helios 16-71-72yg and every driver and bios update is installed by the windows updater but after downloading the predator sense and before that I couldn't use my predator key
Additional question:
Are there any drivers to make my display brightness controlable because I changed the display on it and the brightness is sitting on one level and it can't be controlled by the windows settings or anything?

    There is a setting for Function key behavior in BIOS; Media or Fn, try that, brightness is also controlled by the Battery Saver, turn that feature of in Power Plan.

    F1-F12 keys may not work if your laptop has the Fn key enabled by default. Press the Fn and the desired F1-F12 keys to use their primary functions. Check if you can disable the default Fn key behavior in your laptop's settings.
    How do I enable F1 to F12 keys:-
    Hold the "Fn" key while pressing a function key to get it to work. If your keyboard has an "F Lock" key, press it to enable your function keys.

    Well the predator key is working fine now the function keys were working fine as well but even by the windows slider I still can't change the brightness of my display
    Do you have any suggestions?

    You can try updating the Intel and Nvidia display drivers.
