may i ask if i have this problem i have tried to automatically update drivers, but i have failed to do that what drivers should i download to manually assign to this multimedia audio controller to fix the problem

    Problem fixed. For those who have the same problem in the future, open device manager → open properties of the multimedia audio controller→ check the hardward ids→ copy it and search it respective driver → go to acer support and download the respective driver and apply it manually to the multimedia audio controller
