Turn PC on. Immediately tap DEL key to enter BIOS menu. Go to advanced section. Turn SmartFan off & save setting to see if MSI will assume manual control from BIOS.

If CPU is still over 90°C, the CPU fan will stay on high speed to avoid CPU damage.

Inspect, clean any dirt blockage within the fan and vents.

Depends on your room trmperature, thats not abnormal.

Run a utility like Speccy for more informatin.

Does the fan have a bearinng noise ? Replace if it does.

Alr so I kinda figured it out, (for some reason) The computer I have is a bit special since it is the only acer Veriton (ig) that has an i9 13900k in it and the cooling fan and system is the same as the i7 one so there is really nothing i could do

They did ship your Veriton X4710G models with an i9-13900 (65W), but not with an i9-13900K (125W). To run the K processor you will have to totally revamp the cooling to handle the extra power. If you want to keep that CPU in you need a replacement for the stock cooler.
