Can I use "Deepcool EK720 1.0mm Gray Thermal PAD" on "Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54" video ram? Or I have to use thermal paste on it?

You can use thermal pads as long as the pad touches the thermal module when its screwed on top of the vram circuits, as that is essential. Just as an example, I've got a Nitro AN515-56 and I've changed the cpu/gpu and vram paste with Thermal Grizzly CONDUCTONAUT EXTREME liquid metal for the cpu/gpu and their MINUS PAD 8 for the vram and it works perfectly and has reduced temps by 5-10C . Be very careful with liquid metal if you are intending in applying it, as you need to apply a minimal amount as its instructed in the Thermal Grizzly guide. Good luck.

An515-54 vram that need to be insulated with either a pad paste or a thermal pad

Thank you very much Steven. I got it. I need to check the "mm" 1 or 1.5. And I not gonna use liquid metal.
