swift SF14-71T laptop turns off when power supply is disconnected & battery level is still full

hi,

my less than 1-yr old swift SF14-71T laptop is behaving strangely lately. it turns off when power supply is disconnected & battery level is still full. pls advise how to resolve this as i sometimes need to use it in situation where there isn't any power supply.

    There is a small pinhole at the back of the laptop in the middle on the right side with a battery symbol. Insert a pin vertically in that hole till you feel it click (micro switch) and keep pressing for a few seconds, this resets the battery. The power plan needs to be reset, type "Edit Power Plan" in Windows Search and click on "Reset to factory default". Boot to Bios with F2 and reset to factory default with F9 in BIOS and save changes on exit BIOS. Boot to Windows and uninstall these 2 battery drivers in Device manager, just reboot.
