I have an Aspire 7, i5-12450H with a GTX 1650.

I noticed a couple of times especially when booting up the laptop on battery power. Whenever I fire up a game, it does indeed show that I am using the GTX 1650 and it shows the game's exe on the GPU Activity popup on the task bar.

However, the clocks of the GPU are basically at like, idle as if they are not being utilized. I have to reboot the laptop at least twice (sometimes even four times) to have the GPU clocks at their basically powered up state. I had also even manually set in NVIDIA control panel to prefer the high-performance NVIDIA processor as well as in windows graphics settings.

I had reinstalled the GPU driver a couple of times and still no avail. Yes I did use DDU. I was wondering if anyone has had the same thing happen to them? If so, is there any way to solve this? Temperatures are also quite cool as I always have a fan pointed at my workspace and I always have the AC on.
