In Bios press F9 and save changes on exit BIOS. Reboot to BIOS with F2 and press Ctrl+S to show/change the protected options. Did you change the NVMe Gen3 SSD for a Gen 4 SSD: Show the first Boot page "Information" so we can see what drive(s) you have installed, if there still is a 2.5" Sata drive you may have to remove that.

it showed me this

That is not the 1st Information screen but the same Main screen that you showed before, post the first Information screen with the drives (HDD0) that are detected by BIOS, you also should try to change Sata Mode to AHCI on that Main screen.

I can't change the SATA mode to AHCI

In the Main tab BIOS press Ctrl+s and change Sata mode to AHCI, save changes and exit BIOS.

I can't change it because the bios doesn't allow it to be controlled except for the output

I am assuming that the Acer warranty has expired. Try the CMOS reset and Power Drain routine:
Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black under the battery) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- terminals inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Locate the two Ram slots and unseat the module(s); secure firmly back in the slot(s) Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.0
