Acer Swift Edge (SFA16-41) TPM disabled and can no longer access it in BIOS

When I tried to shut down the laptop (fast boot was enabled at the time) it entered a restart loop and wouldn't shut down. I disabled fast boot and now there is a message every time the laptop turns on that says that fTPM is no longer enabled and that there is a new CPU installed which there isn't.

The thing that has change that could have caused this is that I had updated windows 11 recently. I have checked in windows settings and PC Health Check and both have now said that TPM 2.0 isn't enabled. I have tried to go into the BIOS to see if I can turn it back on but in the security tab in the BIOS there is no option available to enable or configure TPM settings. I have even updated the BIOS to the latest version and still cannot see the TPM settings.
