I recently bought a Nitro 5 AN517-51 and am having a bit of a problem. There is no 'Elan' tab in the mouse settings, which means I can't adjust the cursor and scrolling to my liking.

I have tried:
- Installing the Serial I/O driver and both touchpad drivers from here: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7966?b=1
- Entering the BIOS to change touchpad settings (tip from this thread that I found: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/548336/touchpad-driver-for-acer-nitro-an515-31), only there is no touchpad: advanced/basic in my BIOS at all.
- Updating the drivers through Device manager

No change. The only thing I can think of is that in the general touchpad settings, the Nitro says it has a 'precision-touchpad' and a lot more settings than my old device, but is that the cause of this issue? And how do I turn it off if there is no touchpad setting in the BIOS?
