I am trying to update my chipset driver, but I don't know how it works. I have downloaded the official chipset driver file from the Acer website. When I open the file, there isn't any setup file, but there are many files inside that I don't recognize

so how do i proceed to update my driver?

    (1) It might help if you could reveal which PC model you have. For example, AN515-54? AN517-72? AN514-22? etc? There are dozens of models. Hard to guess which one you have.

    (2) Driver updates are primarily meant to fix problems on some but not all production models. Thus what problems is your production model exhibiting that you think an updated chipset driver will fix?

Thank you for your response. My model is ANV15-51. Specifically, I'm not facing any driver-related problems, but in Nitro Sense, there is an update called Chipset Driver. However, when I try to update it, the process is either canceled or fails. So, I downloaded the chipset driver file from the official website but don't know how to install it.

Open the elevated command prompt. Go to the folder where you unzipped the chipset download. Enter 'setup_driver.cmd'.

Before you try the updated chipset driver, you may want to try both NitroSense app versions at this link. if you haven't done so already.
