I see this error quite often on the device. Also Acer Device Enabling Service V2 shows up at critical errors literally every single day. I have a Predator Helios Neo 16 laptop (PHN16-71) laptop with i5-13500hx, RTX 4050, 16gb ram, running Windows 11 Home 23H2.

WOW, that is not a good-looking history, should look more like this (blue line running flat at the top)

Run these 2 commands while online, open Command Prompt as administrator and paste: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth after completion paste this: SFC /scannow and rerun till you see "….did not find any integrity violations" If you keep getting all these application failures you should reset your system, type Reset in Search and select the "without losing my files" option.

Hey I just did the things you said and got "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." As for the reset, I have done it 3 times until now these errors have never failed to show up. Some things I want to add are :

    1. The laptop seems sluggish, particularly the screen and scrolling seem to be lagging and micro stuttering is present while gaming (even if I cap my fps)
    2. I have not installed drivers from acer after the recent reset as it seems daunting and even some drivers have failed to install before this reset.
    3. I have stress tested cpu, gpu and ram
    4. I have only relied on windows update for drivers as of now

Very good, you should not install any drivers other than Acer's apps, Windows will take care of it unless you have duplicates/issues in your driver repository. When you expand all devices and hidden devices in Device Manager do you see any greyed out Unknown Devices or yellow exclamation marks?

If not and these errors keep popping up bring the laptop with the power adapter to Acer Services in your country to check what hardware is bad, warranty may still apply.

You have to expand all to see the details, uninstall the 2 unknown devices, what are the 4 unnamed peripheral BT devices, if used these should have names? What is in the Human Interface Devices, expand that.
