Regarding Audio, buzzing sound is heard in my earphones when plugged into the laptop

I am experiencing a persistent problem wherein a buzzing sound is heard
in my earphones when plugged into the laptop since 2 days. Furthermore,
when I turn on the charging and put my leg on the surface of my room,
the buzzing sound becomes louder. I also hear more base in earphones
compare to before. What Should i do?

    If charger has a 2-prong AC plug, try reversing the plug in the AC wall socket.

    charger is 3-Prong AC plug

    Try another wall socket that's not on the same circuit.

    it just started recently. everything was normal until 2 days ago.

    Try another wall socket anyway. Preferrably in another room on a different mains circuit.
