I've tried following:- holding the on/off button for 30 sec and restarting after 30min. inserting the pin into battery hole, draining the battery.

The model bellow was purchased last year in USA via Amazon and imported to third country where we don't have Acer representative.

Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop, 15.6" IPS QHD 240Hz, Intel 14-
Core i7-12700H, GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, 32GB DDR5, 2TB PCIe SSD, WiFi 6E,
RGB Backlit KB, TB 4, SPS HDMI 2.1 Cable, Win 11 Pro

Any suggestion what to do and how to get in touch with manufacturer or support. As well tried live chat; e-mail:support@acer.com(returned mail; address not known) Thanks and best.

Probably you don't shut down completely and waking from Hibernate mode can be tricky with Windows11 23H2 (update your W11 version!). First disable Hibernate and Fast Startup then change your Acer custom Power Plan to Windows default power plans. Boot to BIOS and reset with F9 in BIOS, save settings and boot to Windows. Go online and open the command prompt as administrator, paste this: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter, then paste this: SFC /scannow and rerun till you see: "…did not find any integrity violations".

It seems like you're encountering some issues with your Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop. Since you're in a country without an Acer representative, it can be challenging to get direct support. Here's what you can try:

    1. Troubleshooting Steps:
      • You've already attempted some basic troubleshooting steps, which is a good start. However, there are a few more you can try:
        • Check if there are any visible physical damages to the laptop or ports.
        • Disconnect all external devices and peripherals, then try booting the laptop again.
        • Try booting the laptop without the battery (if removable) while plugged into power.
        • Check if there are any BIOS updates available for your laptop model on Acer's official website. Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve certain issues.
    2. Contacting Acer Support:
      • Since you're unable to reach Acer through the email address you provided, you can try alternative methods to get in touch with them:
        • Visit Acer's official website and look for support options. They often have a support section with troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and contact information.
        • Look for any official Acer forums or communities where you might find assistance from other users or Acer moderators.
        • Explore social media channels. Sometimes companies provide support through platforms like Twitter or Facebook.
        • If you have access to a phone, try calling Acer's customer support hotline. They might have international support numbers you can try.
    3. Alternative Support Options:
      • Consider reaching out to the seller on Amazon. Even though it's been a year since the purchase, they might be able to provide some assistance or guidance.
      • Look for local computer repair shops or technicians who might be able to diagnose and fix the issue. They might have experience dealing with similar problems on Acer laptops.
    4. Documentation and Warranty:
      • Locate any documentation or warranty information that came with the laptop. If it's still under warranty, Acer might provide repair or replacement services even in countries without official representatives.
    5. Online Communities:
      • Explore online forums or communities dedicated to Acer laptops or gaming hardware. You might find users who have encountered similar issues and can offer advice or solutions based on their experiences.

Remember to provide as much detail as possible about the issue when contacting support or seeking help online. This will help others understand the problem better and provide more accurate assistance. Good luck with resolving the issue with your Acer Predator Helios 300!
