Aspire A715-41G Random Shutdowns shows "Battery changed" right after it shuts down.

My laptop is just barely over a year old.  The warranty expired two weeks ago.  I am faced with random power outages.  Mostly when I am plugged in with the charger.  The event viewer shows Active battery count changes from 0 to 1 each time it happens.  I ran a battery report, and it also shows "Battery changed" right after it shuts down.  It gives no warning.  The battery is between 80 to 100% full.  I have reset the battery a few times with a pin, but the random shutdowns continue.

Some but not all mainboards are equipped with a spring-loaded safety interlock switch. If the bottom cover is loose or misaligned with the switch and not pressing hard enough against it to keep it in the on state, it cuts all power to the mainboard. The switch is usually located around the RAM socket. First try snugging up the screws on the bottom cover to see if it helps keeps the switch in the on state

I have tried tightening screws, searching for a spring loaded safety switch, (there isn't one), and removing the cover.  The only switch is the reset button for the battery.  I have pressed it several times to make sure it's not sticking.  However, none of it has worked.  And the random shutoffs continue to occur even when the laptop is perfectly still.

Go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

Battery seems OK. When did this start happening?

It's been 3 to 4 weeks.  It can go two days with no issue, and then randomly show up.

Open Device Manager. Expand batteries folder. Uninstall all drivers in batteries folder. Exit Device Manager without reinstalling anything. Shut down Windows normally. Wait a few minutes. Turn machine back on.

For the first 2-3 days it worked but after that, it started happening again.

Probably due to an update. Simply remove everything again in the batteries folder. Shut down normally. Then turn it back on.
