Bluetooth does not recognize devices and wifi is constantly going on and off. Acer AN517-41.

Bluetooth is not recognizing devices and troubleshooting and updating drivers doesnt help. I downloaded all drivers from official page by serial number but nbluetooth generic is missing. Bluetooth is visible but doesnt work.

Wifi is constantly turning on and off, working for some while like 30min then goes off.

    I had the same issue , I had mediatek mt7902 card installed from factory , I walked in to the service center , they replaced my wifi card with an intel one , and things are good since then ………. if you have warranty get your card replaced and if you don't hand it over to a repair shop they will change it for you it will cost you the price of the new card and a small service fee

    Hi,

    thank you for explanation. I bought my laptop 5 days ago. Drivers are all good. I would really like to find a solution without changing any parts of a brand new laptop. The answer can't be, you need to replace wifi card it's absurd that it doesn't work.

    Did you maybe talk to the Acer support?

    Anybody has any solutions?

    I talked to acer support and any of their suggested troubleshoots did not work so they lodged a complaint , when i received the part they open my notebook in front of me i saw a loose antenna which may have been the reason but they replaced my card anyways . It did not cost me any money .
