A few days ago I was using my laptop for some schoolwork and once I brought it home it just stopped working, everytime I'd try to turn it on it would instantly shut off and turn itself on. It's a Nitro 5 Spin NP515-51-56DL and I've had it with me for almost 7 years. I tried some things like unplugging the cmos for a bit then replugging it back in and turning it on, unplugging the battery and using the charger, taking out the SSD and pressing every F key to try and get to the bios. Nothing worked, the screen doesn't even turn on. Just turns on and instantly turns off after a couple seconds, and keeps doing this until I manually restart the battery. Can someone please help? I really hope my laptops not a goner.

Its either the EC chip or its a mosat in the primary power stage or the charging stage of your latop that needs replacing, the EC chip could be shorted which means that it has stopped certain functions of your laptop and you need a new EC chip that also needs to be reprogramed, if you are in the UK there is a guy that does this sort of work and his site is at Sorin Electronics, he also has a You Tube channel which you can have a look at as he has fixed problems like you are having many times and documented them on the web. If you want an easier solution, then get a new mainboard. Hope this helps you out and good luck.
