I mean in some backed-up format so that I can apply it to my ssd?

I own Nitro AN515-58…

If you have Acer Care Center installed, you can access the recovery option that will reload OEM windows and Acer apps. WindowsRE includes the version that was originally installed on your laptop's boot drive. Not sure what you are looking for, if you want to Clean install Windows11 here is the tutorial but that will not install the Acer apps: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/clean-install-windows-11.99/

No, I want to get something like acronis backup for the device - maybe, someone did this for the future or, maybe, there is some clouded storage for that here…

You can back up your entire boot drive, including the OEM folders and recovery volumes, in Windows10-11 with Windows7 backup Image file creator (Control Panel) that will make a VHD (Virtual Hard Disk) image of your drive that you can mount in File Explorer on any Windows PC to browse or copy files. The VHD file can then be restored with the Windows USB Recovery Disk and you will have an exact copy of your original drive with all OEM files and Windows. You can upload the VHD file to Cloud, but it will take a while or store it on your backup drive. I do this monthly with a 4TB backup drive (40 minutes for a backup).

Yes, all that is well and ok, but the drive is being erased… That's why I asked for the image - to get all the volumes back! And I do want to have the original image!

There is no way, you have to bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory defaults for a small service fee (in the Philippines $25), then you will have Acer Care Center to restore or you can make an image from your drive as I described above.

What a pity then… I live in a very small town - there are no service centers here at all…

I live remote in the the mountains, North Philippines, and had DHL ship my Acer Aspire5 a515-54G to Acer Manila (1,000 km) for the same service (factory reset). Was charged nothing and received the laptop back at my doorstep in 2 weeks. Shipping was expensive though and had to crate it with a MSDS safety data sheet (to be downloaded from Acer Support site).

    Good afternoon, Puraw!

An Aspire E5-575G-53VG had came into my possession, and I'd like to basically do the same thing described in this thread.

    I've tried:

    • Contacting both Acer store support and Technical support
    • Scouring the internet for a Windows 10 Home OEM Acer recovery image specifically for this model. (you know, it would've been a Holy Grail of sorts, if something like an Acronis database for just these images existed just for fuctionality's sake! Imagine if a 'OEM Laptop OS Preservation Society' or its equivalent, existed - where newly unboxed laptops immedately have their images archived to a gigantic collection!)
    • Alt + Function key method in the Acer startup screen doesn't yield anything
    • Asked the nearest Acer Service center near me if they can do something like this, and I've been 'redirected' to instead contact a local technician / watch a YouTube tutorial (which made me silently go like: "Ma'am, with how far I've went to trying to achieve something basic as this, I think I've been past that")
    • Been redirected by Acer Support to call Capital Data [which is defunct now, or closed, as I've read? And customer service is still redirecting users to them, really?]
    • but also as of my latest Acer Support contact attempt, SourceITStore - which don't offer the 'holy grail' OEM Windows 10 image on a USB stick, that basically restores the laptop to the Windows image it was shipped with. (The one that's already preloaded with the Acer apps, drivers - basically, makes it like-new from 2016. And they keep saying 'windows 11' - I mean, I get how specific my request is, but still!
    • It's like, I feel that I have to make it clear each time I call that I want specifically that image provided by Acer for the model and not just any random install I have already done multiple times at this point.

Which, brings me to this point:

When I called the Acer Store line, the lady said that Acer only ships out these USB drives if the laptop's warranty hasn't expired. So, it's basically a dinosaur compared to this.

But, maybe it's from how I asked this (something something 'any other options, suggestions?') That they redirected me to the third party suppliers, but I couldn't just buy the recovery USB from Acer directly even post-warranty, right? (I mean, comeon, this laptop's well taken care of despite it being used!)

You look like someone who has been there, and well, do you have anything in mind for someone this far into the rabbit hole? Is there anything I can do?
