Hi. I have a Swift 3 laptop (SF314-56G). A few years ago, I updated the bios to the version 1.14 which is the latest version. I have recently known about the advanced hidden options in bios and I would like to enable them. I tried all methods that I could find, such as fn+tab, fn+4+r+… thing, etc. None of them worked. Is there any way to enable these settings? I do not want to downgrade the current version.

There is NO hidden mysterious Advanced option in the bios of your laptop 😁 don't try to press any keys as you will corrupt the bios in your laptop and then you will be up for a new bios chip. Leave your SF314-56G bios as it is and if it functions 100% then don't try and fix something that aint broke. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Your reply is absolutely useless! Did I ask for your advice regarding how to use MY computer? You should only reply to a question if you actually have an answer to that question. Keep your suggestions to yourself!

I am really sorry for the inconvenience.

After going to bios please try ctrl + s . It will show the hidden options.

There is NO answer to your question because there is NO hidden Advance section that can be unlocked in your SF314-56G laptop, so my answer is not useless, as you are wasting your time. Also, I'm NOT telling you how to use your laptop, but it seems that you don't, if you think that you can unlock a hidden Avanced bios section in your bios, Good luck as you will need it with your attitude.

I may or may not know how to use a computer, but one thing is certain: You definitely cannot understand what you read. In my message, I told you that you should keep your suggestions, comments, advice to yourself. Yet you still claim that I am wasting my time and make a comment about my attitude. There are many words that one can say to you, but I will not bother. So, sod off!

Those keys combination to get the hidden settings are usually patched in newer versions of the BIOS, so it is impossible to access it. Moreover, topics related to accessing BIOS hidden settings are not allowed to be discussed in this community as stated in the Acer Community User Agreement.

You can head to other forums regarding this topic.

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!
