Acer 5920 maximum CPU upgrade available?

Hi, I've got an old Acer Aspire 5920 and I need to upgrade its CPU. The problem is that I can't find a definitive answer as to what is the highest upgrade possible. Some sites say it's the Core 2 Duo T7700, some the T8100 and some even the T9500.

I downloaded the manual but it just added confusion to the matter, because in it it's stated that the Acer 5920 CPUs are the Core™2 Duo Mobile T7300/T7500/T7700

But that isn't tue, because my own 5920 mounts a Core™2 Duo Mobile T5550

So, which is it? It's the T9500 really compatible (I guess that the T9550 and higher are out of the question because of the 1066Mhz bus)?

Hi,

You can upgrade to a T8100 without any issue, T9500 might work but not 100% sure, so it will be an experimental upgrade and you have to try it at your own risk because I couldn't find anyone installed a T9500 in this model, I would still go for a T8100 because of it's price and it's only 0.5GHz slower than T9500.

You can upgrade to a T8100 without any issue, T9500 might work but not 100% sure, so it will be an experimental upgrade and you have to try it at your own risk because I couldn't find anyone installed a T9500 in this model, I would still go for a T8100 because of it's price and it's only 0.5GHz slower than T9500.
